  6. A statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the DMCA
